*Requests For Apostille Certificates Must Follow These Guidelines
1. Fill out the attached documents request form and submit to your regional director, administrator or professor, together with payment.
2. COST: $260 US Dollars
3. TURN AROUND TIME:
– NORMAL: Allow 2 months for turn around time.
– EXPEDITE FEE: additional $ 150 USD. if you need the certificate and/or Transcript sooner, you are eligible to pay an additional fee of $150 US Dollars. (Since our staff will need to abandon their normal activities and attend to your request immediately, the expedite fee will be used to cover the staff’s pay). This fee includes 1 month turn around time with next day shipment by postal service. The complication here is; we depend on the Secretary of State office in Austin, Texas for this process, and D T U does not have authority to rush this process.
4. PURPOSE OR USE: Your graduation certificate will be the document authenticated. An apostille is a certificate issued by the Secretary of State in accordance with the 1961 Hague Convention for the purpose of authenticating a public document. In the case of Dayspring Theological University, an Apostille from the State of Texas will be issued.
